The Winchester Star Hareton Jaime Rodriguez Sariol, 48, pleaded guilty to two felony counts of first-degree murder Thursday in Rockingham County Circuit Court in connection with the August deaths of Elizabeth Rodriguez Rubio, 48, and Angie Caroline Rodriguez Rubio, 12. |
