Sun.Star TWO children, aged 5 and 2, were killed in a fire incident in Asturias town, Cebu, around 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 14. Investigation showed the blaze started in the residence of a certain Palictes in Barangay Manguiao of the said town. |
