Former Seneca County Boy Scouts employee arrested for child porn

LYONS, N.Y. (WENY) — A former Seneca County Boy Scout employee has been arrested and charged for allegedly possessing child pornography. 34-year-old Russel Ruth of Lyons New York, could face up to 10 years in prison, and up to a $250,000 fine.
